2025 Improvements


Our goal is to continuously make necessary improvements and updates so that Le Jardin remains a quality residential neighborhood.
- Spring Community meeting date to be announced soon - stay tuned 2025
- Resume balcony work in Spring & Summer for residents 2025
- 5-year standpipe flow test in Spring 2025 for Building 1 & Building 2 garages happening March 2025
- Revisit parking lot repaving options in 2025
- Banter Floors installed new carpet on stairs and landing of Building 5
- Building 1 & Building 2 new elevator carpet installed 2025
- Installed new flag on grounds by clubhouse outside 2025
- All entrance mats & garage mats are to be pressure-washed after the snow season
- New entry mats for all buildings this spring
- More spring bulbs will be planted near front entrance gardens
- Dryer vent cleaning project continues
- Buildings 1-5 entry way window cleaning happening in May- Snow shovel & salt bucket supplies removed in March
- Carpet cleaning April 6th (All Buildings)
- Elevator pit B2 cleanout
- Goodwin fire to replace fire extinguishers
- Sign landscape agreement
- Landscape ideas for front entrance sign in the works​
