Clubhouse Rentals

RESIDENTS may rent the Clubhouse.

To rent the Clubhouse, please call or email the office to request a date and time.

Clubhouse rentals are $40/day, with a $200 security deposit for the faithful performance of the covenant and promises stated in the Clubhouse Rental Agreement which is refundable under terms.

No more than 35 persons are allowed.
-
There is a 4-5 hour limit on rentals per day.
Clubhouse Rental Agreement

Once the office has approved your Clubhouse Rental Date and Time, please fill out the Clubhouse Rental agreement and return the form to the office.
