Clubhouse Rentals

  • RESIDENTS may rent the Clubhouse.

  • To rent the Clubhouse, please call or email the office to request a date and time.

 

  • Clubhouse rentals are $40/day, with a $200 security deposit for the faithful performance of the covenant and promises stated in the Clubhouse Rental Agreement which is refundable under terms.

  • No more than 35 persons are allowed.

  • There is a 4-5 hour limit on rentals per day.
